A foraging course allows us to immerse ourselves in the world of botany and ethnobotany while learning to respect and discover the environment, its dynamics and ecosystems. It will teach participants about nutritious and surprising foods, that can be collected with no impact on the planet and for free. Attendants will also learn how to recognise and use some of the most interesting seasonal ingredients in this comfortable indoor class, opening their minds and expanding their powers of observation.
From 10 am to 12.30 pm at The Hive, Viale Decumano 36, 20157 Milan at MIND Milano Innovation District.
