Futuri Partecipativi – Rigenerare le città con gli usi temporanei

This document addresses the issue of temporary or meanwhile uses in urban regeneration. It is the result of a research work carried out in the context of T-Factor, a Horizon 2020 project focused on the role that temporary uses can play in transforming urban regeneration into a more inclusive, resilient and generating process of new local economies and social innovation.

The document is conceived as a Portfolio – a compendium of stories that emerge from temporary uses activated in eight cases of regeneration: Manifattura Tabacchi in Florence, King’s Cross in London, Friche Belle de Mai in Marseille, 22@ in Barcelona, EC1 and New Center in Lodz, Dortmunder U and Union Quarter in Dortmund, Industry City in New York and Red Town in Shanghai.
