Futurabili, the Community House’s first career guidance course for the professions of the future, kicks off

After a call to action open for several months, ‘Futurabili’ finally started this week.

Futurabili is intended to be the a career guidance course focused on the “professions of the future” as part of MIND’s Community House, one of the meanwhile uses developed by T-factor’s Milan pilot. The Community House is a symbolic space for collaboration between MIND’s stakeholders and local non-profit realities, in which to propose and implement joint initiatives, and was co-designed and realised as part of a partnership involving ROLD, CoopeRho AltoMilanese, Fondazione Triulza, Designtech, Polifactory and PlusValue.

Futurabili proposes four training experiences for career guidance purposes, dedicated to four specific themes, which are expected to characterise different professions of the future. This week, the participants had their first lesson with Dennis Ilare of ROLD, to understand the basics of artificial intelligence and machine learning, also through the direct application of no-code software. During the second training experience, on the other hand, participants tackled the topic of Industry 4.0 together with Giulio Masotti and Giulio Milani from Materea Industries, as part of a frontal lesson and a concept generation session.

Next week, participants will address two more topics as part of as many training experiences.
