Futurabili comes to an end: thanks to all participants and teachers

This week saw the conclusion of Futurabili, the first orientation course on the professions of the future organised by MIND’s Community House. The Community House is one of the meanwhile uses developed by the Milan pilot of T-factor.

The participants of Futurabili, after the first two training experiences focused on Artificial Intelligence and Industry 4.0 of last week, continued their journey for a third appointment with Alessandro Mansutti and Luis Inafuku from ROLD’s R-Lab. The teachers tackled the topic of rapid prototyping, both physical and digital, allowing the students to put into practice what they had learned with the R-Lab’s 3D printers.

During the last training experience, at the end of the course, Alessandro Migliavacca from R-Lab dealt with the complex topic of Advanced Materials and the possibilities for professional development in this area. Migliavacca’s training experience combined lectures with practical experiments, including the reduction of graphene and the production of biopolymers from substances such as milk and corn starch.

Futurabili represents an first experiment, made possible by the experimental context of the European T-factor project, to understand what value can be generated by synergies between MIND’s entrepreneurial actors and non-profit organisations in the surrounding area, as well as the difficulties in realising this type of initiative.
